Her Life, Her Legacy brings together three expert-led sessions exploring how women evolve over time: physically, mentally and financially. This event examines the changing needs of women across life stages, from health and wellbeing to financial wellbeing and future planning, with a focus on protection, resilience and long-term security. It will highlight how supporting the female body through targeted nutrition, strength and longevity strategies can empower women to thrive at every stage of life.

Dr Lisa Neligan is GP and women’s health lead of the Kingsbridge Health Care Group. She has worked with KHG for 14 years developing a GP and Women’s health service that she has led for many years. Being a busy working mum of 4 she has firsthand experience of many of the issues that women face through the decades and is passionate about giving the right care and advice to women at all of life’s stages. She has a special interest in all areas of women’s health and offers regular dedicated women’s health sessions delivering individualised care. The women health service brings together specialist consultants and additional imaging and support services to deliver a complete care pathway for each woman. She has also been deputy medical director of Kingsbridge Hospital group for over 3 years.
